B and Q Train Disruptions

I saw on NY1 around 8am that the 'Q' and 'B' trains weren't running, so I took my time getting to the station. At around 9:30 the trains were still out of whack - all trains were bypassing Kings Highway. They were advising people to take a Coney Island-bound train down to Sheepshead Bay and cross-over to the Manhattan-bound side. This ended up being unnecessary for me, as the next train that arrived resumed normal service.

From the radio communication between MTA workers, it sounded like they were clearing "debris" from the tracks, which most likely points to ice as our culprit.
